DHAeTS Stag Lane and Kingsbury
The de Havilland Aeronautical Technical School was formed in 1928 at the de Havilland Aircraft Company works at Stag Lane, Edgware. During and immediately after World War Two the basic training workshops were relocated to the Vanden Plas works nearby at Kingsbury. This article presents a brief history of the early days of the School and recounts the recollections of students over the years 1932 to 1959.
